- 24In a pan, add 2 cups milk and ½ cup sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- 25In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup milk with 2 tsp custard powder until smooth.
- 26Pour the custard mixture into the hot milk and stir continuously until it thickens.
- 27Add ¼ tsp cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp condensed milk, and a few drops of yellow food color. Mix well and switch off the heat.
- 28In another bowl, combine 1 tbsp sugar powder, 2 tbsp milk powder, and 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mix until smooth. Add a few drops of pink food color and mix well.
- 29Cut the bread slices into round shapes using a cookie cutter or glass.
- 30Spread the prepared pink cream on one bread round and place another bread round on top to make a sandwich.
- 31Arrange the bread sandwiches in a serving dish.
