Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk
  • 20 cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp jaggery (as per taste)
  • 8–10 saffron strands
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Cooking Steps

    Take 1 litre milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.

    Soak cashew nuts in warm water for 10 minutes.

    Grind them into a smooth paste.

    Add cashew paste to the boiling milk.

    Add saffron and cardamom powder.

    Cook on low flame, stirring continuously until milk reduces to half and becomes thick and creamy.

    Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly.

    Transfer to a blender, add jaggery, and blend until smooth.

    Pour into kulfi molds or cups.

    Freeze for 6–8 hours or until set.
