Cooking Steps
- 1Cut 2 guavas in half and carefully remove the inside pulp. Keep the guava shells aside for serving.
- 2Take the guava pulp, add sugar and lemon juice.
- 3Blend everything well in a mixer.
- 4Strain the blended mixture into a bowl to remove seeds and get smooth pulp.
- 5In another bowl, add fresh cream and condensed milk. Mix until creamy.
- 6Add the strained guava pulp into the cream mixture and mix well.
- 7Add vanilla essence and food color (optional) and mix gently
- 8Spoon the mixture back into the empty guava shells.
- 9Freeze for 6–8 hours or until fully set.
- 10Cut the frozen guava halves and enjoy your natural guava ice cream
