  • 350 g pasta
  • 250 g chicken (small pieces)

  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chicken masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup (optional)
  • Chaat masala (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Water for boiling pasta

    Take a large pan and add water, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp oil. Bring the water to a boil.

    Add 350 g pasta and cook for 7–10 minutes until soft.

    Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.

    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.

    Add 2 green chillies.

    Add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

    Add 250 g chicken pieces and mix well.

    Add salt, turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, black pepper powder, chicken masala, garam masala and cumin powder. Cook until the chicken becomes soft and fully cooked.

    Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, and sweet corn. Pour in a little vinegar and soy sauce. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crunchy.
