Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make the biryani masala a day ahead?
Yes. Cook the mutton masala, cool it and keep it in the fridge. The next day, cook the rice and do the dum layering. The flavours often taste even better.
What does the ginger juice go with?
Chilled ginger juice helps cut through the richness of the mutton biryani, and the raita cools the spice.
