Frequently Asked Questions

How long does this instant mango pickle last?

Store it in a clean, dry glass jar in the fridge and always use a dry spoon. The vinegar and oil help preserve it for a few weeks.

Can I use sugar instead of jaggery?

Yes, but jaggery gives a rounder sweetness and deeper colour that balances the chilli and vinegar better.
