Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make these chaats in advance?
No, serve them straight away. The salt draws water out of the fruit and the chaat goes watery after about 15 minutes.
What is Tota Puri mango?
Tota Puri is a firm, tangy mango variety with a parrot-beak shape. Any firm, slightly sour mango works if you can't find it.
