Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get mutton sukka dry instead of gravy-like?
After pressure cooking, open the lid and cook on high flame, stirring often, until the water evaporates and the masala coats the mutton.
How many whistles does the mutton need?
About 5 to 6 whistles, until the mutton is soft. Tender cuts may need fewer, and older mutton may need one or two more.
