Frequently Asked Questions
How long should I soak the wheat and ragi?
Soak them for a few hours or overnight so they grind into a smooth paste. Soak the almonds too, so the skins peel off easily.
Why do I have to stir continuously while cooking?
The strained liquid is full of starch and thickens quickly. Stirring on low flame stops lumps from forming and stops it sticking to the pan.
